ERS is a family centered therapeutic Foster Care Organization that serves a diverse population, caring for children and youth with mild to moderate needs.  What we offer…………

• Therapeutic environment provided in a family based setting, by trained therapeutic foster parents under the supervision of ERS

• A full time Area Supervisor or Case Manager for each child

• Up to 45 hours of one on one support per child per month, provided by a qualified Child and Youth Worker

• One therapy session per month provided by a certified mental health/counsellor/therapist

• Additional therapy sessions are available as required and are provided on a fee for service basis, facilitated through ERS

• 48 hours of respite per month for each ERS foster family

• Access to 24/7 support services from ERS staff

• An annual recreation fund of $250.00 per year

• Supports for family/child access visits are available on a case by case basis as requested and approved by ERS and the placing agency 

• All children are welcome to attend ERS special events, including summer BBQ’s and Christmas events

• ERS provides opportunities for selected children/youth to take part in special trips and events
